April 29th - May 4th, 2025
Overview
Have you ever wanted to explore the world’s first national park? Yellowstone National Park became the world’s first national park over 150 years ago, on March 1, 1872. Yellowstone National Park features 2.2 million acres of beauty and hundreds of different animal species. Our Yellowstone National Park Spring 2025 Adventures for All will provide us with a great chance to see several wildlife in their natural habitat.
There are endless wonders of nature here, like the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone River and of course, Old Faithful. This geyser is a great display of mother nature’s power, and it erupts once every 44 minutes to 2 hours! It wouldn’t be a complete trip to Yellowstone National Park without stopping by its most famous geothermal feature!

Yellowstone National Park Spring 2025 Itinerary
We’ll fly into Bozeman, MT to begin our adventure. After we pick up our rental vehicle, we’ll make a quick stop in Livingston, MT to get our groceries for the week. Once we get settled in our cabin, we might go on a small hike in the park.
Our day will begin by exploring some of the park’s geothermal features, including its most famous geyser, Old Faithful. We’ll go on a few small hikes throughout the day and learn about the history of Yellowstone and the national park system.
The goal for this day will be to spot as much wildlife as possible. We’ll be on the lookout for animals everywhere we go and learn about animal patterns and their history in the park. We’ll also get a couple small hikes in.
Did you know there’s a Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone? This is the day we’ll get to explore this part of the park and surrounding lake areas. We’ll also learn about the park’s active volcano, past eruptions and geology of the park.
This will be our early morning day as we’ll leave before sunrise to start looking for wolves. On our journey, we’ll stop at one of the original pen sites from the 1995 wolf reintroduction. We’ll also get to visit at an actual wolf den! This will be a very informative day packed with information on the history of wolves, some of the most famous wolves in the park, how the wolf reintroduction affected the park and how surrounding areas have been impacted.
Our journey will come to an end as we check out of our cabin, drive to the airport and fly home.
